NASBA Announces New Gateway System & National Candidate Database

NASBA announced that starting at 12:00 am CST on Monday, March 5, 2018, they will launch a new version of their Gateway System and National Candidate Database. According to NASBA, “These new systems will greatly improve your overall experience with additional user-friendly functionality and enhanced security measures to protect your personal data.”

In order for NASBA to make these changes though, there will be a period of time where some functions on their site will not be available for test takers. From 10:00 pm CST on Friday, February 16, 2018 to 11:59 pm CST on Sunday, March 4, 2018, the system will not be able to print or reprint Notices to Schedule (NTS) or accept any payments. If you would like to have NTSs issued or reprinted or submit a payment through the old Gateway System, it MUST BE DONE BEFORE 10:00 pm CST on Friday, February 16, 2018

It is important to note that “Scheduling with Prometric and candidate testing will not be affected by this conversion process.” NASBA will also send reminders to students in the coming weeks to ensure all interactions with the system will be completed prior to the migration period.
